Mansa Musa Nation is a quality brand of modern and traditional African jewelry, apparel, clothing, bags and leather ware. The inspiration for the name Mansa Musa Nation was inspired by Mansa Musa who was a King of the Islamic West African State called the Mali Empire, he was the 10th Mansa which means "King of Kings" or Emperor. Mansa Musa was a devout Muslim who went on a pilgrimage to Mecca in 1324. He took 60,000 men who each carried four pounds of gold bars. Mansa Musa was responsible for a lot of building including mosques and madrasas in GAO and Timbuktu. The most famous piece of construction during his reign was the Sankore Madrasah or University of Sankore. Mansa Musa was also known for being one of the wealthiest historical figures, he used his immense power and wealth to display generosity and good deeds by freely distributing precious metals to benefit poor people. Mansa Musa is generally considered to be the richest human being who ever lived. Mansa Musa Nation aims to explore the creative art and unique culture of the Tuareg people located in the Sahara and their talented craftsmanship, slender of art demonstrating fruits of the creative genius of Men in turban.

The Tuareg people are a large Berber ethnic confederation. They principally inhabit the Sahara in a vast area stretching from far southwestern Libya to southern Algeria, Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso. The Tuareg speak languages known as Tamasheq, which belong to the Berber branch of the Afroasiatic family. Much Tuareg art is in the form of jewelry, leather and metal saddle decorations called trik, and finely crafted swords. The message of LOVE is T (a) R (a) in Tamachek, which is represented by the signs + and 0 in the Tifinagh alphabet, it flourishes around to make simple and perhaps also to make pretty. So our village artisan found an excuse to go to the beauty’s home and discreetly slip the jewel into her hand, whereby fulfilling the young man’s mission of love for the young girl of his heart.
